Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Mobile Mixology website, bartender scheduling portal, SMS notification program and related services.

By using Mobile Mixology services, you agree to these Terms. Participation in Mobile Mixology's SMS notification program is optional and subject to the additional SMS terms below.

Mobile Mixology Bartender Scheduling System

Mobile Mixology operates a scheduling system that allows authorized bartenders to view available events, review event information and accept or decline bartending opportunities.

Bartenders may be provided with an individual link or other access to the Mobile Mixology bartender scheduling system.

Availability of an event through the scheduling system does not necessarily guarantee assignment to that event. Mobile Mixology may manage staffing and event assignments based on its business and scheduling needs.

SMS Notification Program

Mobile Mixology offers an optional SMS notification program for participating bartenders.

Bartenders who voluntarily opt in may receive text messages from Mobile Mixology regarding:

  • Available bartending jobs

  • New event opportunities

  • Scheduling information

  • Event updates

  • Changes relating to accepted events

  • Other work-related event information

SMS messages are intended to assist Mobile Mixology bartenders with event availability and scheduling. The SMS program is not used to send third-party marketing or promotional advertisements.

SMS Consent

Bartenders may voluntarily opt in to SMS notifications through the Mobile Mixology bartender scheduling system.

Where website or portal enrollment is used, the bartender provides or confirms a mobile phone number and affirmatively selects a separate SMS consent checkbox or similar control. The SMS consent option is not selected by default.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required as a condition of using the Mobile Mixology bartender portal or receiving information through other available methods.

By opting in, you authorize Mobile Mixology to send SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide for the purposes described above.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on available Mobile Mixology events, job opportunities and scheduling activity.

There is no guaranteed number of messages. During periods with available events, bartenders may receive multiple notifications. During periods without available events, bartenders may receive few or no messages.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received through the Mobile Mixology SMS program.

Opting Out

You may opt out of Mobile Mixology SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Mobile Mixology text message.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further SMS notifications will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

Opting out of SMS notifications does not prevent you from using other available Mobile Mixology services or accessing the bartender scheduling system.

Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Mobile Mixology's complete control.

Privacy

Mobile Mixology respects the privacy of participating bartenders.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information and messaging consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information collected through the SMS notification program is handled according to the Mobile Mixology Privacy Policy.

Responsibility for Contact Information

Bartenders are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for notifying Mobile Mixology if their mobile phone number changes.

If a mobile number is reassigned, disconnected or no longer belongs to the participating bartender, the bartender should notify Mobile Mixology or opt out of SMS communications.

Use of the Bartender Portal

Access to individual bartender links or scheduling information is intended for authorized Mobile Mixology bartenders.

Users should not intentionally misuse the scheduling system, attempt to access another bartender's information or interfere with the operation or security of the system.

Mobile Mixology may modify, suspend or discontinue access to portions of the scheduling system when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or business purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Mobile Mixology may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Mobile Mixology services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
